1. Digital Content and Immediate Access
All products available on our store are digital contents delivered electronically (such as downloads, streams, or access keys). By completing your purchase and initiating the download or streaming of the content, you grant your express consent for immediate performance of the contract.

2. Cancellation and "Change of Mind" Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming process has begun.
By ticking the agreement box at checkout and completing your order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
  • You request immediate access to the digital content.
  • You waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel or change your mind.
  • All sales of successfully delivered digital content are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
3. Faulty Digital Content
We want you to have a great experience with our products. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If your digital product is defective, corrupted, or does not match our description, you have the right to a repair or a replacement.

  • We will assess the issue and provide a fix or replacement as quickly as possible.
  • If we cannot repair or replace the faulty file within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund.
